Terms of Service
Effective June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by CALI #1 Roofing Inc(“Cali #1 Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our contact form and instant roof estimator. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
We are a licensed California roofing contractor (CSLB #1130729). The site lets you learn about our services, request a free inspection, and generate a preliminary roof estimate. Submitting a request does not create a contract for roofing work — any project is governed by a separate, signed construction agreement.
Estimates are preliminary
Instant and online estimates are generated from satellite/aerial imagery and the information you provide. They are preliminary, non-binding, and provided for general guidance only. Final pricing depends on an on-site inspection and is set out in your written agreement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of automated measurements or estimate ranges.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, SMS (where you opt in), and email. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to CALI #1 Roofing Inc and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our workmanship warranty, where applicable, is provided exclusively through your signed construction agreement and not by these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, CALI #1 Roofing Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
