A written Written Roof Assessment & Estimate: every material spec, ventilation calculation, milestone, and total price. You read it. You approve it. We don't remove a single shingle until you sign.

Permit.
We pull every required permit through your city's building department — roofing, structural if needed, HOA documentation. Inspections are on our calendar, not yours.

Build.
Licensed crew, protective ground tarps, magnetic nail sweep every evening. Single point of contact from tear-off through final ridge cap. No mystery subcontractors.

Protect.
Final inspection together. We hand you the 10-year workmanship warranty in writing and register your manufacturer warranty. Every nail right. Every promise kept.
