Privacy Policy
Effective June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CALI #1 Roofing Inc(“Cali #1 Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit our contact form, or use our instant roof estimator. By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request an estimate, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address;
- Your property address and project details (e.g., roof type, project scope, and notes you share);
- For the satellite estimator: an automated roof measurement and estimate derived from your address using mapping/solar imagery providers;
- Technical and usage data automatically collected via cookies and analytics tools — such as your IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and referring/marketing attribution (UTM and ad-click identifiers).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about your roofing project;
- To prepare and deliver estimates, schedule inspections, and provide our services;
- To send service-related communications and, where you have opted in, SMS updates;
- To measure marketing performance, improve the site, and prevent spam or abuse.
SMS & call consent (TCPA)
When you submit a form, you authorize CALI #1 Roofing Inc and our service partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialer or pre-recorded message — about your roofing project, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling, and we will honor your request. Reply HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, including with:
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g., our CRM and lead-management systems, hosting, and communications vendors) under obligations to protect your data;
- Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Google and Meta) via cookies/pixels, as described below;
- Authorities or others where required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, and may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; opting out may affect site functionality.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices & California rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (which we do not do). To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
